Checkout Flow service
API integration services and e-commerce automation
API integration services and API development for e-commerce: connect your store, payments and business tools, automate repetitive tasks, use AI where it helps.
Your tools hold the same data. They just don’t talk to each other.
Orders are copied from the store into a spreadsheet, stock is updated by hand, invoices are rebuilt in another tool, customer emails are answered one by one. Each step takes a few minutes; together they take hours every week and leave room for mistakes.
Checkout Flow connects these tools through their APIs and automates the repetitive steps, so the data flows on its own and your team keeps its time for customers.
Who it’s for
- Online stores whose orders, stock or invoices are handled in several tools.
- Businesses that need to connect a payment provider, a booking system or internal software to their website.
- Teams that want to test AI on a precise task, with clear limits, rather than a vague “AI project”.
Our API integration services
Custom API integration
Connections between your store, your payment provider and your business tools through their official APIs and webhooks: orders created or updated automatically, statuses kept in sync, errors logged instead of lost.
API development
When a system has no suitable API, or when several tools need a single entry point, we build a small dedicated API or service: documented, secured and hosted on the server side.
E-commerce automation
Repetitive sequences turned into automatic ones: order notifications, stock updates, invoice generation, follow-up emails, reports sent on a schedule.
AI on a defined task
Custom assistants for a specific job, such as drafting replies to frequent customer questions or sorting incoming requests, with a person keeping the final say. We start from the task and the data you have, and say so when AI isn’t the right tool.
E-commerce integrations
On Shopify, these integrations use the Shopify Admin API and webhooks. For accounting, ERP or CRM connections, see Shopify integrations; for a custom feature inside your store, see custom Shopify development; for payments, see payment gateway integration.
How we work
- Map the flow. We list the tools involved, the data that moves between them and the steps done by hand today.
- Agree on the scope. You receive a recommendation and a quote covering what is automated, what stays manual and how errors are handled.
- Build and test. We build the integration (webhooks to react, API calls to act, a scheduled check to catch up: see webhook vs API), then test it with realistic cases before switching it on.
- Hand over. You receive the documentation. Follow-up and monitoring are defined in your quote.
Security and data
Access keys and secrets stay on the server side, never in your website’s public code. We only request the permissions an integration needs, and we use the providers’ official APIs.
Frequently asked questions
Which tools can you connect?
Tools that offer an API or webhooks can usually be connected. We check what each tool allows before quoting, and tell you if a connection isn’t possible.
Do I need to change my current software?
Not necessarily. The goal is to connect what you already use; we only suggest a change when an integration can’t be done reliably.
How much does an integration cost?
It depends on the number of tools and the complexity of the flow. Describe your project and we’ll reply with a recommendation and a quote.
